While it may not be a fully equipped kitchen of the quality like your home, it is equipped with basic kitchenware to prepare simple meals. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, an onsite washer and dryer, and an extra queen air mattress available on site. An additional air mattress may be available upon request for parties greater than 10 people, with an additional charge. Pets may be approved for stays with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet, per stay, for small pets under 25 lbs, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. This home is ideally situated in Buford, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. It's less than 5 minutes away from the Mall of Georgia, about 15-20 minutes from Lake Lanier, and just minutes from Gas South Arena. The location is also convenient for accessing major highways, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is strictly at 10:00 a.m. A penalty fee of half the night's stay will be applied automatically for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited anywhere inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, and no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation are permitted. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. The property is pet-free unless prior authorization is given. Please respect the privacy of neighbors and keep the property clean. Parking is limited to 4 standard-size cars on the premises, with no overnight street parking allowed.
