Feel the comforts of home while on vacation in this clean and beautiful space. The living area features a comfortable couch, a 55-inch TV, and a desk with a chair for a working space. The kitchen and dining area include a cozy dining table with chairs, a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, and a coffee maker/kettle. While it may not be a fully equipped kitchen of the quality like your home, it is equipped with basic kitchenware to make simple meals. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom features two queen-sized beds. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, an onsite washer and dryer, and an extra queen air mattress available on site.
Additional air mattresses may be available upon request for parties greater than 10 people, with an additional charge. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. If approved to bring a pet, a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay applies, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per stay.
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night's stay for late check-out. No smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is allowed inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, and no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation are permitted. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given. The property is equipped with cameras outside for added security, and guests are required to respect community guidelines and keep the property clean. Parking is limited to 4 standard-size cars on the premises, with no overnight street parking allowed. The house receives regular pest control treatment, but guests should keep doors closed to prevent pests. By booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
