Currently, the wall color is light gray with white trim. The kitchen features a refrigerator and range if required. There is an enclosed porch off of the kitchen that is shared with another apartment. The bathroom features a built in bathtub / shower combination. Heat is provided by natural gas and additionally in one room by an electric baseboard. We are currently asking $1200.00 per month with basic water and basic sewer included. Section 8 vouchers are welcome. The rent amount presupposes up to two adults and up to 1 child. We reserve the right to adjust the rent amount for a larger Tenant group size.
