Pasadena City College nearby. The whole complex is Non-Smoking. The rent is $2000/month. It is a month-to-month lease with at least 10 months. It comes with one "off street" parking space right next to your back door. Security deposit is $2000. We will decrease our rent "up to" $20/month for people who have FICO above 750. It comes with air conditioner, heater, laundry hook-up, guest closet, linen closet and a very organized walk-in closet. Lots of storage cabinets, mail goes right into your living room mailbox.
