The apartment is situated within a new eight unit condominium building in a classic DC-style row home configuration on a quiet one-way street. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. The apartment has a fully furnished living room, kitchen/dining area, and bedroom. Street parking for Neighborhood 1B is provided for the duration of the lease.
The living area features a couch, Smart TV, coffee table, and bookshelf. Hulu streaming is included along with live cable/network streaming. The kitchen/dining area includes a two-person high top table, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. Silverware, dishes, and cooking/baking supplies are provided along with spices, oils, and pantry staples.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with foam mattress, two-level closet, and a work-from-home office space with a desk and chair, filing cabinet, and printer. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet outside the bedroom. I provide linens, blankets, towels, and closet hangars, but you may bring your own if preferred.
All utilities included in monthly rent: electricity, wireless internet, water, gas, and weekly trash/recycling pickup.
Additional complimentary amenities include: an umbrella, picnic blanket, reusable shopping bags, a fireproof safe, camp chair, cleaning products, and a subscription to Washingtonian Magazine.
