     Property

    Interiors of rental seemed very well kept and clean. It was a very large loft area which is very nice. There is an enclosed 2 car garage, although the only downside was that they were a tandem space, so it would be a bit of a hassle to coordinate on who is parking first. The elevators seem a bit dated and has to be accessed through a door before using. Aside from that it was a great property with many amenities. I don't see this rental lasting on the market too long.

     Management

    The property manager needs to work on being more punctual for she was late for our viewing appointment. She also could've been more lively and informative about the rental. The experience felt quite dull.
