The fully loaded kitchen is a paradise for culinary enthusiasts, equipped with a plethora of utensils and dishware and a Keurig K cup. Adjacent to the kitchen is a stunning dining table that comfortably seats up to eight guests. The living room creates a charming setting for socializing, offering a variety of seating options and a smart TV where you can connect to your preferred streaming service through your personal account. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a boogie board, beach toys, a beach cart, a beach wagon and a cooler with refreezable ice packs are available for your enjoyment. A 6-seater golf cart is available for $450 per stay. Surfside Beach is a 5-minute walk away. Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is 15 minutes away, The Pier at Garden City is 10 minutes away, Tupelo Bay Golf Center is 7 minutes away, and Murrells Inlet MarshWalk is 15 minutes away. This is a very nice HOA neighborhood with great neighbors, so please be respectful. The home has been fitted with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher for your safety and security. Absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large parties or events are permitted. The maximum number of house guests must equal the maximum number of sleeping accommodations our home allows for 8 guests. A noise detector has been installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, during those hours noise must be kept below 65 db. For safety and security, there are active security cameras located at the front of the house and inside the garage. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Golf cart use is strictly limited to guests who have paid the additional fee. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed indoors.
