    Beautiful, bright, 1st floor, huge master bedroom with plenty of closet space, bathroom with washer and dryer as well as more built in storage, large open kitchen - living room with gorgeous western views of the sunset from inside or out on the spacious covered deck. Easy driveway parking. AWD vehicle suggested for the winter months. This is in my house. I have 2 medium sized dogs myself, and there are 2 indoor/outdoor cats as well as 5 feraIs I feed that patrol outside. I love animals and understand many people have pets, every one of them is "perfect" to us. I may be open to discussing pets on an individual basis. 5 miles to Cazenovia, 4 to Chittenango, ~11 miles to the NYS Thruway in Canastota. 1.5 miles to Chittenango Falls State Park There's a walking trail (Link walking trail) behind the house. Heat, hot water, electric, internet, yard maintenance included. If you're a stomper or yell/fight kindly please do not apply. Pleasant enjoyment is the goal!
