You pull in to your designated parking spot under a beautiful Japanese Maple tree. You head down the steps to the right of the home and that is your private entrance. The apartment has lots of windows for natural light. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a studio feel kitchen/living room. The living room/kitchen are tiled with area rugs. Both bedrooms have plush carpeting. The apartment is situated on a wooded lot. The apartment has outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and a firepit. Included in rent is water, electric, trash pick up and internet. Two 100 lb. dogs live above the apartment you will hear us. Tenet will also have river access as well as access to floats and life jackets. There is a trail behind the residence that is a 20 minute walk to the Shenandoah River. Furnished apartment. No smoking. A pet is negotiable, there are two 100 lb. dogs that live on the property. Bosco and Shandi have an electric fence so will visit the apartment they are very curious and friendly.
