We do require first month's rent and security deposit to move in. $199 portion of the security deposit is a non-refundable refurbish fee. Standard 18 month lease. 12 month lease is an additional $50 monthly. There is a $75 non-refundable application fee per adult. Sorry no dogs. Cats are welcome with a one time $99 pet fee and $15 monthly pet rent.     It was okay a little bit closed in. You have to take a key to unlock the door to get in first, then it is all closed in doors like a hotel. There is a narrow staircase to get upstairs. Very hot with one window unit a/c. Small kitchen no cabinet space and small rooms.

     Management

    They are really wonderful and will work with you to find the right place for you.
