Up to two dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violations. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. If the hot tub is not kept clean, a $250 fine will be assessed. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. Underage drinking or drug use, parties or large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited.
