Large well maintained apartment on a quiet street in the North East section of the City of Lancaster.
The apartment is just around the corner from the hospital and is an easy 15-20 minute walk to most things downtown like restaurants, Central Market, shopping, and entertainment. It is also easy to get in and out of the city from here without dealing with much traffic. We also have some great neighborhood bars and restaurant just a few blocks away.
The apartment has two large main rooms - either of which can be used as the bedroom depending on personal preference - three closets, a well laid out bathroom, a large eat in kitchen, and a nook with laundry and extra storage. There is also a shared fenced in yard right off of the kitchen.
The apartment is on the first floor and has been updated over the years and has all new windows, furnace and hot water heater.
The tenant is responsible for the gas and electric utilities (heat and hot water) while we cover the water/sewer and trash/recycling bills.
