The space has hardwood floors, two queen beds and pullout full size sleeper, kitchen is stock with all cooking utensils, in house washer/dryer, one car off street parking In driveway, house sits up height from walkway so its not handicap accessible, several step in front entrance, covered front porch with privacy shades, also private screened porch in back with table, couch and bed for an camping experience at home, has a full yard with garden bed for planting veggies and enjoy fruit from the pear tree. Area is very diverse with many things to do in Buffalo at short distance. Walk, bike ride to many shops, grocery, parks, cafes, brewery and restaurants within 10 minutes to Allentown/downtown canal district. We are also on a bus route #3 witch takes you straight into the downtown/canal district. I will always be available to assist you, i also have a couple living in the upper apartment which they have a shared entrance to the upstairs only. Their is a shed to store bikes. Six month lease term, there will be a penalty for breaking the lease, extension of a lease will be negotiated. No pet allowed but will negotiate for one small dog with a non-refundable fee, also no smoking in the house due to fire hazards, odors effecting other tenants.
