Comfortably sleeps 2-3. - Unit is fully furnished and has a fold down queen murphy bed and a pull-out sofa bed. The unit comfortably sleeps two. - Maximum 3 occupants for this studio. Occupancy must comply with applicable building and fire codes and HOA rules. - Lease term can be 6-12 months. A lease of less than 6 months may be considered for an additional $100 / month. - Owner pays for water and trash service - Tenant pays for Internet / WIFI ($95 month) billed monthly - Tenant pays electricity which will be billed monthly by the Landlord based on actual usage (Summer typical ranges $60 - $90 / month, Winter typical ranges $150 to $170 / month). - No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the unit or hallways. - Per HOA, No BBQ grills or fires pits on the patio area.
