SeaWorld Orlando is a mere fifteen minutes from the house and Universal Studios is more along the lines of 20 minutes away. Loose trash, anything in a to-go bag, or oversized and ripped trash bags are considered a violation, and will be picked up but charged a fine and a fee for the service. Note that the pool is not normally heated but is available for an additional cost of $35 per day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and in advance to ensure the pool is heated to the set temperature upon your arrival. This Villa is a private home for short-term rental and not a concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. We will provide a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 3 trash bags, 1 bar of soap per bathroom, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 small bottle of laundry soap, 3 dishwasher tablets, and a sponge. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer, broom, mop, mop bucket, dustpan, iron, and ironing board for your use. If a particular aspect of your vacation home is important to your stay, please check with us as we want you to be 100% delighted with your choice of a vacation home.
