Very spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment in Cottonwood heights available August 12th, 2025. I am subleasing it out only because I was provided with a different opportunity. I have had no problems with the unit at all and have enjoyed my time here very much. The location is great, less than 5 minutes from the freeway entrance and 5 minutes from Cottonwood Heights shopping center. Washer and dryer not included but there are hookups for each. Dishwasher is included. Pool and Tennis court located in the center of the Complex. Tucked in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. There is assigned covered parking for 1 vehicle but there is plenty of uncovered parking in the lot in front of the complex. Nothing negative to say about it. My Lease is up 11/30/2025. Right now my base rent is only $1,000 plus the utility package the real estate company provides for around $120 per month. Electricity is done through Rocky Mountain power and is not included, so in total per month I only pay around $1250 per month which is very worth it. Vision Real Estate owns the Hill Rise Apartments, they have a flat rate for water, gas, sewage, and your covered parking which is an additional $150 per month.
