The rent is $1,995 per month (with heat, hot water, and cooking are gas included in the rent). The owner is accepting Section 8. An additional pet charge is $50/per month for each cat and $75/per month for each dog. To move in, we require one month's rent on the day you move in and one month's rent as a security deposit within three days of signing the lease.
