The living room features a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed, as well as a twin-size chair bed. Upstairs, you'll find three colorful bedrooms, each with its own sparkling ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a crystal-themed design. The queen bedroom includes a custom-built closet organizer and access to a furnished patio. On the top level, the third bedroom offers two queen-size beds and an ensuite with a double vanity. A rollaway cot is available in the upstairs room's closet, and there's another twin-size chair bed located upstairs. A highchair and a pack 'n play crib are available for an additional fee of $40 each. Located in the fastest-growing neighborhood in Austin, this home is just a short walk from lively East 6th St, where you'll find plenty of places for a bite to eat and nightlife. Nearby attractions include East Side King, Boggy Creek Farm, The Vortex, 6th Street Entertainment District, Lady Bird Lake Rainey Street Historic District, Mexic-Arte Museum, HOPE Outdoor Gallery (Castle Hill Graffiti Park), and Zilker Metropolitan Park. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of the full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. A pet fee of $50 per pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, the fee will be collected separately. A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed, but Pit Bulls aren't allowed. If you have more than one pet, an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.
