It's within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops, and less than 5 minutes away from the beautiful Zilker Park. Rideshares are readily available in Austin.
This home is located in a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors and refrain from using the backyard and outdoor space after 10 PM. Unauthorized parties and events are not allowed. Do not touch a working heater/stones in the sauna, it causes burns and there is a $500 fee for moving or removing stones. No glass, alcohol, or smoking is allowed in the sauna and there is a $500 fee for violations. No food or beverages other than water are allowed in the sauna and there is a $500 fee for violations. Turn off the sauna upon exiting or there is a $500 fee if left on. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
