All tenants must pay $950 security deposit and 1st month's rent ($750) by money order, cashiers check or cashapp, before being given possession of the apartment. If tenant wishes to use cashapp, an additional payment will be due so the payment may be transferred instantly. Tenants must provide valid I.D. Rental history will be reviewed prior to a decision being made. Tenant pays a portion of the water bill quarterly. Electric and gas bills are tenant's responsibility. No smoking inside of building.
