    2409 N Street. Bright and cheery, very clean one bedroom apartment in a lovely old Victorian. Downstairs, has been completely remodeled with an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinets, and new appliances including a dishwasher, and bathroom with a tile shower with glass shower surround, as well as new laminate floors. There is a shared back porch area and landscaped backyard. There is a laundry room on site. Rent $1495 Deposit $1495. $20 Application fee. We ask that you respect our no pets/no animals policy. There is one off-street parking spot available for an additional fee. We will be there at the apartment to show it to you on Monday, October 20 through Thursday, October 23 at 5:00 PM. We stay for about half an hour and can answer all of your questions at that time. No appointment is necessary. Owner pays water, sewer and garbage. Tenant pays electric and gas. Laundry room on site. No smoking. There is one off street parking spot for an additional fee. No pets. We start with a one-year lease, which automatically becomes month-to-month at the end of the lease period. There is a $20 application fee. We look for good credit (we run a credit report), good rental references and adequate verifiable income of 3 times the rent.
