It works very well for someone who owns a creative business but wants to save rent and have one space to both live and work. There is a murphy bed in the space that is attached in the pictures. The space formerly operated as an art gallery and was recently updated with hi-hat lighting, a split system for AC and (additional) heat and new vinyl wood flooring. The ceiling height is about 13 feet which makes the space dramatic and fungible.
