    Welcome to your gorgeous new home, a charming corner condo unit located in the heart of Denver's LODO district. This property is located right down the street from Rockies baseball stadium and many restaurants, nightlife, breweries and entertainment venues. This has so much more to offer than just its prime location, such as an open floor plan, on-site laundry, stainless steel appliances, luxurious baths, city and mountain views, and not to mention being dog friendly! There are also plenty of parks in the area for the beautiful Colorado summers you will be able to enjoy in your near future. Applicants are required to complete and pay for a rental application and a background check. We are looking preferably for a 1-year lease term or longer, however open to a 6-month shorter term lease. This property is managed by a responsible and communicative Landlord. There is no smoking allowed on the property. This unit has prime parking with two reserved parking spots, with one that is covered and both spots are located inside the complex. However, there's an abundant amount of street parking for your family and guests. We allow dogs and require a non-refundable pet deposit, but we ask that we meet with your friendly friend prior to signing a lease. We are asking for a full months rent upon execution of the lease, along with an additional 1 months rent for your security deposit. We recently replaced the water-heater and AC, and everything in the condo is fully functional and in great working condition. You will be required to pay for electric, gas, internet and cable, however water will be included in your monthly rent.
