The property was spacious, with fresh paint and up-to-date appliances. A washer and dryer are included with the rental, so that's a plus. There is storage in the rear. The location is prime downtown. There is a small patio that's a plus. Drawbacks are metal turning stairs to get to the 2nd floor property, making moving difficult. There are only two large windows in the unit; although very beautiful, but will not open. Parking is an extra cost to consider. Overall, it's a very good rental rate for the space and location. It's next door to the Mellow Mushroom, so live bands and nightlife could be loud, although I personally would not have been bothered by that. I would enjoy sitting on the patio and enjoying the free concerts. I would have rented the unit, but upon further consideration I determined I needed more bedrooms. The owners were extremely helpful and prompt with responding.
