Located right near down town haverhill Downtown has a lot of activities , food and bars to enjoy. Post office 5 minutes Away 495 highway 5 min away Gas station open 24 hours 2 min away If you have smaller kids they are bunch of schools located close to the house in the area as well. I prefer to rent to someone older. Preferably a couple with 1 child would be perfect for this apartment. Apartment is currently occupied but tenants said they are leaving by 11-1-25 so open to come view apartment anytime after that . I usually do 6 months or year lease. Renters pays utilities except water Trash comes every Monday afternoon No smoking No Marajuana anywhere on property No Marajuana Smells at all No pets No Loud music People in this house go to bed early around 8 pm we have to be respectful of their sleep in this house if this isn't something you can do please don't waste my time looking for hard working responsible people.
