It is within walking distance of numbers amenities such as the Pacific Ocean, Alamitos Bay, 2nd Street restaurants and shops, banks, gyms, cycling and hiking trails, water sports, Belmont Plaza Pool, to name a few. The apartment was refurbished for the last tenant with new flooring, new kitchen & bathroom cabinets, countertops, tile, paint, plumbing and some electrical. Owner pays hot water with gas and electric separately metered and paid by tenant, to be connected within 3 days of occupancy.
