Washer and dryer is on site about a block away down at the pavilion where the pool is located in the clubhouse. Minimum one year lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Fees collected prior to moving in are as follows: First Months Rent $1250 plus a couple utilities for about $1375.25 TOTAL Last Month's Rent $1250 plus a couple Utilites for about $1375.25 TOTAL Plus, $1375.25 Security Deposit. The total amount due prior to moving in is $4.098 (without any pets). NO EXCEPTIONS. Animals that are already named on the lease will go up by a $250 non-refundable fee per animal. whicj is a non-refundable pet deposit. Furthermore, each pet will cost an additional $50 per month. Any found unautorized on the property. Small pets may be permitted with the landlord's permission in writing. $250 non-refundable pet fee if applicable. If you are found to have a cat or dog without permission, you will be immediatly evicted or must pay a $500 penalty fee and $50 addittional dollars per month. Any costs associated with boat slip rental fee for the summer months. Pool, clubhouse, parks, trails and beach and amenities are free to all residents.
