Whether you're planning a peaceful seasonal retreat or an activity-filled summer adventure, this Forest Rim condo is the perfect home base for your stay. This apartment is not pet friendly. $1,800/mo includes Internet, Heating Fuel up to $50 monthly cap, plowing and mowing. Residents are responsible for Electric. Departure cleaning fee of $250 required for seasonal terms. HOA restricts lease terms to a minimum of 6 months. If the application is approved by the owner, you can secure the apartment with a traditional security deposit paid in full or apply for a Rhino Security Deposit Insurance policy. Second month's rent and departure cleaning fee are due on or before the lease start date (for seasonal terms). Second month's rent may be prorated based upon the move-in date.
