This is for the full apartment. Duplex- Lower- Please text to start communications! Updated, refreshed kitchen with new butcherblock countertops, white cabinets, new sink and faucet, new 5 burner gas stove, new dishwasher, 1 year old fridge. New kitchen island, with leaf which enables sitting to eat in the kitchen. New bathroom vanity, new LVP flooring in bathroom and kitchen. Hardwood in the rest of the house. Across from Heirloom MKE Restaurant (previously Lazy Susan Restaurant.) Close to Collectivo Coffee, Cafe Central, Lulu's, Sugar maple, all the fun stuff Bay View has to offer. Washer Dryer hookups in the basement New windows in kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Ready to go. Street parking - but not hard to get. There is a large shed, where you could park a motorcycle, but it is not really super accessible, so it wouldn't be somewhere you could park everyday. More a storage spot. Putting a new roof on shed currently. Fenced backyard- with homemade firepit and planting beds. 3 bedroom, but it is a bit odd. It used to be a commercial space, so two of the bedrooms have the radiator "in" the wall- so you don't have full privacy from the living area. Because the radiators heat both the living room and the two bedrooms at the same time. Really high ceilings. Front bedroom has large radiator across the front. Middle bedroom is smaller approx 11x11. Bedroom closest the the kitchen is larger. Middle and close to kitchen bedroom are the ones that share the radiators with the main living space. No dedicated dining room, the kitchen is big enough for a small table in the corner, or use the new kitchen island bar for seating. Basement for storage. The outside recently painted, the inside is nice and has Bayview quirky charm of 100+ year old houses. Can't beat the location. No pets *strongly preferred,* but with deposit one dog or fixed cat may be discussed-no aggressive breeds period. All utilities will be paid by tenant except heat =$1500 month heat included. Tenant responsible for snow shoveling and mowing grass= all lawn care, to be divided equally with upstairs tenants. (Long term tenant, teachers, very nice.) Excellent credit and references. Please email or call to set up a time to see the apt. Text is best- 7o4287I7E7. E is backwards number. Can also call, but text preferred. 3 videos on U tu be - search 2369 Howell "kitchen" "backyard" to see more about the property. link not allowed Thanks, Susan One year term, roll over in summer normally. Owner pays heat. Tenant pays everything else. NO SMOKING

Centered on Milwaukee’s Bay View, zip code 53207 hugs the Lake Michigan shoreline just south of downtown, mixing historic worker cottages and brick bungalows with renovated flats along Kinnickinnic Ave (KK). Expect four true seasons—lake-breezy summers, colorful falls, and snowy winters—and a close-knit, creative community. Recent Zillow Rental Manager market trends show a median asking rent around $1,450, with most listings ranging roughly $1,100–$2,100 over the past few months. Daily life revolves around KK’s coffee culture (Colectivo, Anodyne), destination dining (Odd Duck, Honeypie, Goodkind), and a strong local-brew scene (Enlightened, 1840, Component). Groceries and essentials are easy with Outpost Natural Foods and Pick ’n Save, plus nearby gyms and yoga studios. Outdoor time is big: South Shore Park and Beach, the Oak Leaf Trail, and Humboldt Park’s Chill on the Hill concerts, with sailing at South Shore Yacht Club. Walkable streets, bike-friendly routes, dog-friendly patios, and frequent strollers make it welcoming for both families and pets, with quick I-794 access and bus lines for commuters.
