The backyard is completely enclosed for pets. There is a two-car garage with an EV charger and two additional parking spaces in the driveway. No on-street parking is allowed. Cypress Cove is located in a quiet residential neighborhood only a few minutes from the 101. Nearby, you will find Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, French Medical Center, Sierra Vista Medical Center, Alan Hancock College, and Marian Regional Medical Center. You are close to the beach, breweries, grocery stores, and restaurants. The home is located right on the golf course, so please be wary of stray golf balls! It is easy to get around by car, with rideshare options and public transportation available. The property has a keypad located at the front door for simple keyless entry, with the entry code provided 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest. Security cameras are located at the front and left side of the house for your security, but there are no cameras inside the main home. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. If damage is incurred from your pet, you will be charged an additional fee. The backyard is directly next to the fairway, so golf balls may occasionally enter the yard. Please be alert when outside. The home includes reliable high-speed internet (200 Mbps) and two dedicated workspaces, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
