Garage will fit two smaller cars or one larger car or truck. Visitor spots are close by and available throughout the community. No smoking allowed indoors, (please close all doors if you smoke outside on patio, as any cigarette smell indoors will lead to an additional cleaning fee.) Renter's insurance is not required, but is advisable to all renters. All utilities are included. Cleaning fee of $150 required at end of stay. We recommend having a cleaning service come twice a month for longer stays. Please ask host for referrals. CANCELLATION POLICY: We will provide a full refund for cancellations up to 14 days before check-in, and a 50% refund for cancellations between 14 and 7 days before check-in. Any reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
