    This is a recently renovated unit is on the first floor with 9 foot ceilings, ceiling fan, modern kitchen cabinets, Stove, microwave/hood, fridge, dish washer, LVT flooring, new windows, window blinds, tiled bathroom, LED lighting, Quartz countertops and under mount sink. All windows are double pane, kitchen hood and bathroom exhaust fan are routed outside of the building, and the property is well insulated. Tenants are allowed to use their own portable free standing AC if they choose to. This is the only unit in the building that has a covered balcony right outside of the kitchen door for setting up your own outdoor furniture. Both Xfinity and Century Link (Quantum Fiber) are pre-wired inside the building. Electricity with PGE is the only utility you need to pay and hot/cold water & trash/recycling is included in the monthly rent. Coin laundry facility, exercise equipments, bicycle parking, and optional storage in the lower level. Outdoor patio with seating, gas grill, and landscaping. Due to allergy purposes only small/medium hypoallergenic (low shedding) dog/cat will be considered based on their behavior and temperament. $500 pet security deposit and $45/month pet fee. We require that prospect tenants fill out the rental application on Zillow before scheduling and tour/viewing of the apartment. In order to apply for our one bedroom apartment the income requirement is a least $3,750/month with a clean background check and credit score of 600 and above. $60/month is included in the monthly rent for Hot/cold water, trash, recycling, and common area cleaning and maintenance. Tenant pays for electricity, internet, and coin laundry.
    The City of Portland requires a notice to applicants of the Portland Housing Bureau’s Statement of Applicant Rights. Additionally, Portland requires a notice to applicants relating to a Tenant’s right to request a Modification or Accommodation.
