This solar-powered home offers a guilt-free vacation experience. It features a fully stocked kitchen with a Smart refrigerator, a BBQ grill outside, and a working gas fireplace in the living room. The fenced-in yard includes a furnished outdoor living space and a swing set, making it ideal for families. Additional amenities include extra linens, towels, and pillows in all bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as kid-friendly amenities like a high chair, children's dishware, and a pack-n-play. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.
Guests have access to the entire house, excluding the garage, and all appliances and amenities. Basic supplies are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will incur a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
