This solar-powered home offers a fully stocked kitchen with a Smart refrigerator, perfect for guilt-free vacationing. The property boasts a BBQ grill outside, a working gas fireplace in the living room, and a fenced-in yard with a furnished outdoor living space and a swing set. Kid-friendly amenities such as a high chair, children's dishware, and a pack-n-play are available, along with extra linens, towels, and pillows in all bedrooms and bathrooms. A washer and dryer are also provided for guest use.
Guests have access to the entire house, excluding the garage, and all appliances and amenities. Basic amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if needed. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes.

Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation.
The home includes a desk space for catching up on work if needed, making it a remote work-friendly environment. A laptop computer is not included.
