The property offers free secure underground parking with two spaces. Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Hillcrest, this condo offers easy access to San Diego's top attractions. Enjoy a short walk to Little Italy and Balboa Park, or a quick drive to the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Coronado Island, and La Jolla Shores. The San Diego International Airport is just 10 minutes away. Hillcrest is known for its diverse dining, unique boutiques, and lively atmosphere, providing a blend of urban excitement and serene escapes. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. Any noise complaints can result in termination of the stay without a refund. There is a $500 fine for smoking of any kind on the property. No pets are allowed. The outdoor area/patio is not available for use and incurs a $200 fine from the HOA if accessed. Guests are advised to coordinate package deliveries for when they are on-site, as the host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. A Good Neighbor Policy document must be signed prior to check-in. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM, and no more than three additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Excess trash and unwashed dishes will incur fines, and furniture must be returned to its original position before departure. All doors and windows should be locked before leaving the home.
