Rent is: $1150.00 per month and Security deposit is: $1150.00. One-year lease. Tenant Pays: Electric & Gas. (Gas is the heat and Electric is anything you plug in) Utilities included: Water, Sewer, trash, lawncare and snow removal. Unit Provides: Stove, Fridge, OTR Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage disposal, large closets, Central AC, Balcony, Washer/Dryer hook ups in the unit as well as coin operated on site laundry. A nice quiet secluded neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street. We issue rental applications upon request once you tour our units. We do have our own application process that includes proof of Id, Proof of income (i.e., copy of last 2 pay stubs or source of income) and $25.00 processing fee per applicant, nonrefundable. We run a background check, Eviction search and credit check. Also ask for 3 personal references.
