My partner and I are renting out this space fully furnished as we head out on nomad / van life. If you like natural light, our spot is the place for you. We have 13 ft ceilings throughout and so many plants, it's basically a greenhouse. The primary bedroom includes a comfy queen-sized bed, a closet and dresser to keep your belongings organized, 2 nightstands, and a huge mirror. The primary bedroom and bathroom (with jacuzzi tub!) both have recessed lighting to help you wake up slowly or wind down after a long day. The second bedroom has a futon / twin bed for guests to visit, and a standing desk for your work or study needs. We have an array of workout equipment to help you stay active during your stay, including a yoga mat, pickle ball rackets, and foam rollers. As soon as you walk through the front door, you'll fall in love with the light-filled living room featuring hardwood floors, a deep couch and coffee table perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring the city, and a flat-screen TV for cozy nights in. Just beyond lies the kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. With an efficient open-concept layout, it's easy to whip up meals while still being part of the action. One of the best features is not one, not two, but three outdoor spaces! In addition to two private balconies off the living room and master bedroom, there's also a rooftop deck with comfy furniture and spectacular views of Chicago's skyline (pictures coming soon). It's the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine at sunset or have friends over. The unit offers modern conveniences like central air conditioning and a cozy fireplace for chilly nights. We do also have free street parking and a designated, gated parking spot in the back. With approval, this pet-friendly building allows dogs and cats. In this charming condo, you'll be just steps from everything Bucktown has to offer. Stroll to boutiques, cafes, bars, and The 606 trail. It's an ideal home base for anyone who wants to experience the culture and energy of one of Chicago's most vibrant communities!
