This 500 sqft unit is a private apartment with private access in a 2-unit hillside home that packs a lot into a small package - modern concrete tile floors throughout, full bath, kitchen with appliances and pantry, 2 closets in the bedroom, walk-out patio and even some green space! The old spiral staircase in the living room used to connect the 2 levels of the home, but now just gives it a unique charm (can be used as a bookcase/storage or whatever creative idea you can come up with).
