Maintenance and Repairs: The tenant is responsible for maintaining the interior of the property in good condition and promptly notifying the landlord of any necessary repairs. The landlord will be responsible for major repairs and maintenance of the property, such as plumbing and structural issues, unless caused by tenant negligence. 6. Pets: Pets are allowed on the property with prior written consent from the landlord. A pet deposit of $200.00 may be required, and tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. The landlord reserves the right to deny pet approval based on breed, size, or other factors. Monthly pet rent is $50.00 per pet, per month. 7. Parking: The tenant is granted access to a private driveway for parking. The tenant is not permitted to park in any areas not designated for parking or block access to neighboring properties. 8. Use of Property: The tenant agrees to use the property solely for residential purposes and not for any business or commercial activities. Subletting or assigning the lease to another party is prohibited without prior written consent from the landlord. 9.
