The two-bedroom apartment is part of a tri-plex. It has an open-concept living space with full kitchen (no dishwasher) and lots of light. Access to a shared backyard area is off the living room. Two bedrooms are split by a bathroom. Utilities are included. No dogs allowed, but cats will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with a pet deposit of $200 per pet.

INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL?
The first step is to schedule a showing in June or thereafter. We require applicants to see the property in person. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check. Applications can be submitted online (via our website) or on paper, but you must pay the application fees to the office with a copy of your drivers license. If you want to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside our office - just make sure to label payments with your name and the rental address. Once we have ALL applications, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
