This is a beautiful entire condo in Castle Hills condominiums conveniently located in Agawam minutes off route 57. The unit is an END UNIT , so you only have neighbors on one side. There is soil patch in the back where you may have a Garden. Convenient to everywhere and only 12 minutes from Bradley international airport. The top floor space has an absolutely huge bedroom with a king size bed , an entertainment center with room for a flat screen TV that includes cable, two nightstands , two dressers , a huge closet, a master bathroom , and a separate dressing room inside the main bedroom for use as a dressing room or more closet space with a large mirror, a seat, and storage drawers. In the other room there is a large oak desk and then an antique cherry desk a huge walk-in closet and then another huge closet the whole upstairs has a hardwood floor. This beautiful condo has three levels basement level, main level, and second floor. it Has two full bathrooms and one half bath off the kitchen. The main level is the ground floor and that consists of a living room dining room and fully renovated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances there is a large sunroom which we use as the TV ROOM / FAMILY ROOM There is a one car garage that leads to the front entry way and then a separate dedicated parking spot for unit F located in front of the condo in the parking lot; furthermore, depending on the size of your vehicles, two cars can be parked side-by-side in front of the garage and then another car can be parked in the spot marked "F" -(so potentially a three car parking situation) - as well as two visitor spots right in front of the condo itself There is central air and heat so it's nice and cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter. All new windows and sliding glass door were installed 1 and a half years ago during the renovation Because we are a minute and a half from the entrance to Route 57 - you do have access to all major highways. There is a Shopping Center 30 seconds around the corner with a grocery store McDonald's subway CVS. Kaptain Jimmy's Pizza House Cumberland farms and Dunkin' Donuts all within 30 seconds of this unit. All prospective tenants must pass a credit check a background check a criminal check and show me income verification from any income source that you can afford the rent. Condo association rules allow for one dog or one cat. There is a partially finished basement with the third bedroom with the king size tempur-pedic bed, two huge closets, a washer and dryer and extra storage cubbies as well as an en suite bathroom. The water heater, entire HVAC system, the washer & dryer, and the kitchen were all installed 1 and a half years ago, along with the windows and floors. Please excuse the mess in the pictures as I have not been able to get over there to take better pictures since the unit is not empty yet. The unit will be available July 1. If you are serious about renting this unit, Please fill out the application on Zillow and upload any supporting income documents that you may have. There is a one time reasonable fee of $25 or $30 for filling out the application, however, you can submit the same application for multiple apartments without paying again. There are no other fees, and the broker fee is paid by the landlord for whichever Apartment / House / Condo that you're interested in on Zillow, Hotpads, or Trulia.
