With direct beachfront access, your perfect day in the sun is just steps away. Whether you're lounging by the pool, strolling along the shore, or relaxing on your balcony, Palm Beach D-21 offers the ideal setting for a memorable beachside escape. Nearby attractions include Orange Beach, Perdido Pass, Gulf State Park, The Wharf at Orange Beach, Adventure Island, The Fun Boat Dolphin Cruises, Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach, Parasail Sky Surfer, and local seafood restaurants offering fresh catches and waterfront dining experiences.
For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, approval from the host is required before booking. No pets are allowed on the property. No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
