Smells like a den of cats. Was hard to stay inside for more than 5 minutes. Otherwise a decent property in a cool little neighborhood. No idea how parking would have worked out though. Bedrooms were small but it's an older property. Carpets were nasty and needed to be cleaned but more likely replaced.
