Located on the bike trail with easy access to the Keystone Conference Center, the Village, River Run, Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne and Breck. There is a building manager on site. 5 minute walk to the Keystone Mountain House or Keystone Lake. Walk to restaurants and shopping. The master bath includes a steam shower and luxury appointments. This is a seasonal SIX MONTH lease (April to November as negotiated). All utilities are included. High speed internet and Three Comcast TV's are included. No smoking, no pets. $35 application fee per adult. $3000 security deposit. Renter's insurance required. Additional terms defined in the lease agreement and application.
