    Bel Air Park Townhouses: A very nice private 3 Bedroom 2 story Townhouse with a basement at 226 Will Ln Altoona, PA 16602 located at our Bel Air Park Complex in the Greenwood area of Altoona. Rent is $1150.00 and Security deposit is $1150.00. This is a One-year lease. Tenant Pays: Electric & Gas. (Gas is the heat and Electric is anything you plug in) Utilities included: Water, Sewer, trash, lawncare and snow removal. Unit Provides: Stove, Fridge, OTR Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage disposal, large closets, Central AC, Balcony, Washer/Dryer hook ups in the unit as well as coin operated on site laundry. A nice quiet secluded neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street. Pet friendly with owner approval + extra fees. Application processing fee $25.00- nonrefundable. We require a Credit check, Background check and Eviction search. No Section 8 Housing Vouchers accepted. Rent $1150.00 Security Deposit equal to first month's rent ($1150.00) One year lease. Recommend Renter's Insurance but not required. Pet Policy: Pets are up to the owner's discretion. It depends what kind of pet you have. (No aggressive breed dogs permitted) In the event the pet is approved: $400.00 pet deposit per pet, which is refundable at the end of the lease provided the pet does not create any odor or damage to the unit. There is also a monthly pet rent which is based upon the weight of the pet. ($1.00 per pound per month) Proof of License & vaccinations required. Flea & Tick prevention is a must. We do have our own application process that includes proof of Id, Proof of income (i.e., copy of last 2 pay stubs or source of income) and $25.00 processing fee per applicant, nonrefundable. We run a background check, Eviction search and credit check. Also ask for 3 personal references. Normally takes on average 1-2 days to process the application, receive the reports back and it is then submitted to the owner for review and approval. In the event the application is approved, then we move forward scheduling appointment to sign the lease. At lease signing, you will be required to pay 1st month rent and equal security deposit. You will then receive the keys to the unit.
