Entry through the front door, open security door and retrieve the key from the lock box hanging on the door knocker. A locked security door will incur an emergency visit from a door locksmith and will be fined the amount. There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will held beginning 2 days prior to checkout and automatically release within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred. Owner pays for trash, water, internet, and HOA. Tenant is responsible for electric and Gas.
