Tenant is responsible to take out their trash twice a week. Also to recycle plastic bottles and glass bottles as well as cardboard boxes once a week. Late rent fee applies after the 1st of each month. Street parking only. This is a month to month rental. If the tenant abides by rental terms and conditions, the month to month rental will automatically renew unless the rental agreement and conditions have been breached. 30 days prior notice is required when the tenant decides to move out.
