During December to February, no street parking is allowed between 1 am and 6 am due to the city's winter rule. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 for one dog or $115 for two dogs. This fee is required and paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on the digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. No house parties are allowed to respect neighbors and protect the home. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
