And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-9pm 7 days a week. The historic architecture maintains charm throughout the interior and exterior spaces while the apartment features high end amenities such as granite countertops, beautiful hardwood floors, and in-unit washer and dryer. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room loveseat is relatively small (while lying down, most people would have legs hanging off the end) so we've excluded it as a sleeping area. You are welcome to add a 3rd guest, however please keep this info in mind. Amenities: Smart TV with Airplay, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, dining table, and in-unit laundry Location: - All within two blocks: Third Ward neighborhood, Riverside Theater, Milwaukee Public Market, the Riverwalk, Anodyne Coffee, and countless restaurants and bars Parking: - Reserved parking is not included in this listing - Metered street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood and 2-hour time limits apply from 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and 8am-6pm Saturday. - Overnight street parking is prohibited from December 1st to March 1st - Loading zones are often available directly outside the building - For reserved parking, we recommend the SpotHero app as a convenient solution. The 500 N Broadway Lot is one of the nearby options located on the adjacent block from the building which is at Broadway & Michigan House Rules: 1. Ages 21+ to book. 2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others. 3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses. 4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). 5. Quiet time after 10pm. 6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion. 8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. *Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.
