Property
Property was very nicely renovated. Everything brand new. Great location. Only real drawback is the square footage was WAY below advertised. Listing said 1700 sf, but unit was maybe 1000 sf.
Management
Property management company was VERY quick to respond to my inquiry -- we arranged a day-of-listing showing. The agent was surprised at the issue with unit size and claimed they would get the owner to change the information. They seem like a great property management team.
