Termination: Early termination of the lease requires a 60-day notice and payment of a termination fee equivalent to one month's rent and forfeiture of deposit. Move-In Inspection: A move-in inspection will be conducted to document the condition of the property. Both landlord and tenant will sign the inspection report. Insurance: Tenant is required to obtain renters insurance to cover personal belongings and liability. This document serves as the foundation for your lease agreement.
