Large bright three bedroom right by Musser Park in downtown Lancaster. The apartment has three bedrooms, a large living room, eat in kitchen and plenty of closet space. There are new windows through out the apartment and the heat is forced air with a gas furnace. Cooking and hot water are also gas, so this is a very efficient apartment (we do not know utility costs since tenants pay those and that is very dependent on how you use the utilities). Parking and laundry are available for an added cost. The parking space is just in the rear of the building and the apartment has its own dedicated laundry if you elect to take them. Owner pays trash. The tenant is responsible for the gas, electric and water bills. The apartment has gas heat and all new windows. Pets are permitted, but there are pet fees and breed limitations. Smoking is not permitted inside of the building - including through windows. Smoking refers to the practice, but includes and is not limited to cigarettes, vaping, hukkah, pot... No issue with it as long as it does not happen in the building and you pick up after yourself. Leases under one year are accepted in some circumstances for a premium. Does not qualify for section 8.
